FIT 2 FIGHT

Fit 2 Fight is a 12 week “training camp” blending Authentic Kickboxing & Progressive Strength Training.

Each class is a full body workout designed around increasing output while providing stress relief in a safe and positive environment.

A typical F2F Training Session may include jumping rope, mitt work, heavy bag training, partner drills and/or strength training with such tools as kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, and sand bags. Each round of F2F is programmed to gradually increase in difficulty, while being scaled for people of all fitness levels.
