Introductory Program: First Class Free

# 2	24 months	$65.00 per month
# 3	12 months	$75.00 per month
# 4	3 months	$250.00 total

Family Plan: One Pays - 2nd Member 1/2 Off (Must be immediate Family)

ALL MONTHLY PAYMENTS THROUGH D & S BILLING SERVICE ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER

Any cash out on program #1, #2 or #3 receives 10% discount

Private Instruction: $30.00 - 30 minute lesson with Black Belt Instructor

All memberships have FREE and complete use of facilities, as long as it is not interfering with any class.

Required Equipment and Textbooks:

All students must have proper uniform by second week of training.
(See student handbook page 42)

All students must purchase Student Handbook ($10.00) before testing for Yellow Belt. This book includes entire curriculum to 4th Degree Black Belt, School Rules, Policy and Procedures, History, Study Questions and much more. It's your road map to success!
