Whether you are a stay at home parent, a busy professional, or simply someone sick of the same routine at the local gym – our program is guaranteed to fit your needs.  Fit 2 Fight explores fitness in 3 phases: explosive strength and power, functional movement and flexibility, and most importantly cardiovascular endurance.

Fit 2 Fight Strength and Conditioning is a combination of Grand Master Philip Ameris’ 40 years of Martial Arts and Personal Training Experience. By combining weight training, with plyo-metric exercises, flexibility and most importantly Traditional Martial Arts Training – participants will not only be attaining new personal health and fitness goals, they will be learning Real Effective Self Defense skills that will last them a lifetime.

What Will I Need? Nothing. Our Dojang (School) is a fully equipped 5,000 square foot facility dedicated to fitness levels of all ages.

2.

Will I Be Doing Taekwondo? Yes and No.  Fit 2 Fight is rooted in Traditional Martial Art discipline, techniques, and conditioning, but it is not exclusive that practice. 

3.

What Time Are Classes? Classes will be scheduled on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, starting promptly at 7:45 pm and Sundays at 11:00 am.  Sessions are one hour long.

4. How Long Does The Program Run? 10 Weeks, 30 Sessions

 

About The Instructor: Philip Ameris Jr. is a 4th Degree Black Belt in Grandmaster Hee Il Cho’s Taekwondo. Son of Grand Master Philip Ameris (8th Degree Black Belt), Philip Jr. has been actively involved in the Martial Arts since he was 3 years old. Philip has competed in the United States and Abroad, and teaches weekly group lessons as well as private instruction at Grand Master Ameris’ Dojang in New Kensington, PA.
